WHO IT IS FOR
Triathletes, intermediate and advanced swimmers. Around 2min/100m or faster.
What to Expect
Programmed trainings (≈2km) led by Coach Basil. Improvement of technique, strength and endurance. On-deck feedback. Exclusive lane usage and a motivating setting. Regular trainings.

Location
Different options e.g. Lake Zug (Cham, Hirsgarten), Lake Lucerne (Horw/Hergiswil, Ufschötti)
Distance
Approx. 1.5km per session (typically 750m each way). Really depends on the group.
Who it's for:
If you can confidently swim 500m in open water, you're good to go.
What to Expect
A casual, no-pressure group swim to connect, train, and enjoy mother nature. Routes may vary slightly depending on conditions. After the swim, we often grab a coffee together.
This is not a formal event.
No water safety measures are provided — you swim at your own risk. Only join if you're confident in the conditions.

No locker/storage options on-site — bring only what you need
Some buoys may offer limited dry storage
